IMSA or SCCA Quattro?
Edit - Found my answer . It's the 1989 IMSA GTO car.
I loved those things. IICR, SCCA chased them out by adding more and more weight to them to slow them down, so they ended up in IMSA where they eventually received the same reception. Can't remember if it was fuel flow, weight, or some other handicap, but these things were amazing.
